If you are using the Advanced Common Application feature, you will also now be able to include unique applications in report results.
Common reports can either include only the common applications in the results, or all of both the common and unique applications that fit the selected criteria in the report builder. You can include and filter by questions from the common application form.
It's as simple as checking a box!
Check the box to include unique programs in the results...
When you run your report, the Program Name column will now be the first column upon which you can sort or search.
Once your report has been run, you can export a table view of the results.
**Please keep in mind that the results of these inclusive reports will be exponentially greater than usual, so allow for some time for the report to load if you have a large number of applicants.
