If you have forgotten your password or your login credentials aren't working, you can click on "Forgot Password?" on the login screen. This will allow you to enter the email address under which you have your account in SmarterSelect. This will generate an email to you with a link. Simply click on the link in the email to be taken to a screen where you will create a new password and immediately access your account.
If you have been invited to serve as an Evaluator, you should have received an invitation email to set up your Evaluator account. If this email has since expired, don't worry. You can still access and set up your account. Simply follow the same steps as above and you'll be able to create a password and immediately access your account.
When you use the "Forgot Password?" feature and your email address is not recognized by our system, there may be a typo in the email address on file or it may be under a different email address. Please submit a help ticket complete with your first and last name and email address.
