If you are running into trouble with the functionality of our site such as scrolling, buttons, or text, frames, and/or tables disappearing or showing empty, and are working in Internet Explorer, the issue may be that you are in Compatibility View. To turn off Compatibility View, go to "Tools" and deselect "Compatibility View".
If you are unable to see "Compatibility View" on the "Tools" menu or are unable to find how to turn off "Compatibility View", it is recommended that you use a different internet browser, such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Apple Safari. You can also search on Google for alternative ways to turn off "Compatibility View".
Update: Internet Explorer has been replaced by Microsoft Edge. Edge is available only in the Windows 10 operating system. We always recommend using a different browser from Internet Explorer or Edge due to regular compatibility and rendering issues that are prevalent across many websites.
