If you are not receiving emails from SmarterSelect, the most likely culprit is the spam/junkmail settings of your email service provider. You can check your spam/junk folders and see if any emails from smarterselect.com have been moved there; if you find them, simply tell your email ISP that these emails are not spam/junk. This usually involves selecting the message in question and clicking a button that says "Not Spam", but in some cases involves adding SmarterSelect to your list of accepted emails.
