The following process is available for PROGRAM ADMINS ONLY. Provider Users, Evaluators and Applicants have no access to this feature.
For safety and security reasons, applications generally should not be deleted. However if you do have applications such as test applications you'd like to delete we always recommend doing an All App Data export first, just in case something gets deleted that should not. This will give us the ability to recover the deleted data to create a new application with if necessary.
To delete applications please follow the following steps:
1. Select the program that we are deleting the applications from. Then when you are in the program, at the top of the menu bar on the left you will see "Applicants". Click here.
*This can also be done from the report table if you choose to filter your applicants by a report.
2. You will see a list of all the applications in a table format. This table can be filtered in any way you would like or you can type in a first or last name in the Search bar to get to whom you want to delete. When you have found the application you want to delete you simply need to left click on it so that it turns blue (shown below). Do not click on a field that is already clickable which are blue as seen in the App ID on the table.
When you have all of the apps you want to delete selected, click the down arrow next to actions and select remove apps.
When you click on Remove apps you will get a pop up (shown below) which will ask you to type in "DELETE" to confirm the deletion of your selection.
Keep in mind that this process is not reversible so, please be sure to double check and make sure you are not deleting the wrong applications.
