When you first look at the Program Library, you'll see a page that's pretty similar to what you see on the My Programs page, but with programs from a lot of different organizations. In the controls column, you'll see several different icons that correspond to the actions that you can take:Info
- Displays the description and requirements for the programView
- Lets you preview the applicationCopy
- Makes a copy of this program on your "My Programs" pageRemove
- Only available if this is a program that you've shared. Lets you stop sharing the program
On the left side of this table you'll see a small >> that you can click on. When you click, it will expand to show the search menu:
You can search programs by organization name, program name, or by tags-- the organization and program names don't have to be perfect matches, so you could search for "community foundation" or "grant" and pull up any organizations or programs with those words in their titles. The tags are also something new-- you can set tags for each of your programs on the "Edit Program" page. Tags let you pick a few words that describe your program, such as "music" or "Arizona". Tags are important because they can share more information about the program type than the organization or program name alone, and they offer new ways to search for similar programs!
